Are you a talented and experienced Pilates teacher looking for a new opportunity and a new studio to call home? Little Bird Pilates, located in the heart of Gaithersburg, MD, is seeking dedicated and passionate Pilates teachers to join our team. Our state of the art studio offers a clean, fresh, and modern environment where we prioritize the well-being of our clients and instructors.  Whether you have been teaching for years or are brand new to the teaching world we would love to hear from you!

At Little Bird Pilates, we are committed to providing exceptional Pilates instruction and creating a welcoming and nurturing space for our clients. Our studio is designed to inspire and uplift, with state-of-the-art equipment and a serene atmosphere that promotes both physical and mental wellness.

We are currently hiring experienced Pilates teachers as independent contractors. If you have a passion for Pilates and a desire to share your expertise, we invite you to join our team. We are looking for instructors who are proficient in teaching various Pilates methods, including mat work, Reformer, Cadillac, and more.

Requirements:

  • Certified Pilates instructor with a recognized training program.

  • Proficient in teaching mat work and equipment-based Pilates.

  • Knowledge of anatomy, injury prevention, and modifications.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to create personalized and engaging sessions for clients of all fitness levels.

  • Reliable and professional work ethic.
